Continuous therapy group of trauma survivors often with diagnoses of PTSD, Complex PTSD, BPD, Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Depression etc. This is for mature women, ages 40+. Discuss challenges of life stage, perimenopause, menopause, partnerships, addiction, caregivers to aging parents, parenting, blended families, emotional regulation, boundaries etc. You name it... We talk about it.

Monthly - Addiction Support Group (In Person)
Using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Therapy, and other useful tools, this skills building support group is intented to equip participants with greater capacity to regulate emotion, manage distress, interrupt unwanted thoughts and destructive behaviour patterns, increase self-compassion, learn to set limits , hold boundaries and develop more effective interpersonal skills. Open Group. Many participants have partners or family members struggling with addiction. Max 9 participants. No previous therapy required. I teach, you eat, we talk.
