Are you feeling multicultural, neurodivergent, queer, loving of nature and animals, are you spiritually inclined, do you value community and social justice, been through a lot of violence and abuse, and maybe you've felt misunderstood by the medical system? You might need to move around, to create, in order to make sense of things in your life. Sitting still and talking is just so hard for you. I am an immigrant, neurodivergent and non-binary therapist who can understand the importance of having a combination of creative techniques to communicate oneself or to process stuffs.
My approach is humanistic, which means that I approach therapy with the belief that the answers to your questions lie within. My approach is anti-racist and decolonial, I am a real human that connects with you. As a trained drama therapist, and an informed professional dancer, I work with people who has a unanswered need to feel, move, play and create.
I am aware that the therapeutic relationship is the most important element in therapeutic services. Because of this, you can ask me an initial consultation of 15-minutes free of charge, so that you can ask me any questions about the therapy process in general as well as any questions specific to my approach.
