I have graduated in Psychology for 14 years and have a postgraduate degree in school psychology. In Brazil I am a psychologist and here in Canada I am a counselor. I have 14 years of experience in clinical psychology with the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - CBT approach. And 9 years ago I also adopted the use of Mindfulness in my clinical practice.
