There are many reasons you may be considering seeing a therapist. As your Registered Psychotherapist, I want to begin by building rapport.
My favourite part of therapy is collaborating with you, tapping into your own inner wisdom, and helping you clarify your values and needs. I like for us to be creative with the use of metaphors to capture the essence of how you are feeling. My goal is to provide a safe space where you do not need to fear judgement thus allowing you to be open and honest.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have extensive experience providing individual psychotherapy to all individuals, of all genders, ages 21 and up.
