I'm a clinical counsellor who values connection and care, supporting neurodivergent individuals and those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, separation, isolation, or immigration challenges.
I use a blend of counselling approaches to tailor treatment to your needs and style. The primary theory I use is Narrative Therapy, combined with CBT, DBT, Person-Centred, and Psychodynamic techniques. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we honor your pace and build a plan unique to you.
