The most impactful patterns are the ones we can’t see. The ones that have been normalised since childhood. They are in the way we love & fight, the partners we choose, the friendships we uphold and the boundaries we find difficult to set. Some of us don’t even see these patterns in our lifetime. We do not notice because it has been our normal for so long. Trauma often goes unidentified because it is disguised as family traditions, cultural expectations or love languages.
If you’re struggling, I hear you. It’s tough, and therapy isn’t about pretending it’s not. Healing & breaking cycles would require us to first see these patterns.
I specialize in trauma, attachment issues, and helping people break through the emotional and relational patterns that hold them back. Drawing from a neuro-affirming, holistic, trauma-specific approach that blends elements of parts work, EMDR, somatic and narrative therapies, and anti-oppressive frameworks, I offer support tailored to your needs.
In therapy, we’re going to get real about the tough stuff—like the ways society, relationships, and your own survival strategies have shaped how you show up in the world. We will bring in lots of compassion and empathy with a few jokes (and a couple of choice words). If this sounds like a fit for you, feel free to reach out!
