My practice is designed to assist you in dealing with a variety of concerns, whether you are in a state of crisis or simply a bit ‘off course’. My personal belief is that we have, within us, the ability to find answers to our problems and my goal is to assist you in better understanding your thoughts, behaviours and feelings and how they are affecting your life. I believe that your course of treatment should be guided by your needs. Together, we will explore your strengths, values and beliefs in order to create healthier ways of coping with whatever you may be dealing with.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and I am currently accepting new clients for in person and virtual sessions. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I am here to support individuals as they cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain and grief. I also work with couples and support them as they develop communication skills to improve their relationship, and navigate life changes such as the blending of two families, divorce and co-parenting. I enjoy working with youth and helping them address school-related and home-related challenges.

My name is Christina, and I am a Registered Social Worker passionate about providing my clients with empathic support throughout their mental health journey. I recognize how intimidating it can be to reach out! My goal is to provide a safe space where clients are met with empathy and care. I believe that mental well-being fluctuates, depending on our sense of self, our surroundings and the season of life. Together, we can sort through the difficult parts of being human.

Divine Alchemy (formerly Bliss Mental Health) is at a new location at 518 Lake Street, Suite 203. I believe that all human beings have a remarkable ability to grow and change. Some clients come to me with a great deal of depression or hopelessness about their lives without the insight as to how they can be helped. I use a strengths-based approach as I listen to their stories to find the hope, possibilities, and resiliencies that coexist alongside suffering and insecurities. Therapies are evidenced-based and trauma informed and approach clients from a spiritual and cultural lens.

I wear many hats and consider myself a forever learner. I am an integrative therapist who uses Ayurveda, yoga, and body-focused psychotherapy techniques to support healing. I am dedicated to these practices as they provide me with the groundedness and centeredness to show up with an open-hearted, embodied, and compassionate presence. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, cooking using whole foods, being in nature, and creating through artistic endeavours. I would say I am playful, and eccentric, with a good sense of humour.
