Psychological suffering can take many forms such as loneliness, anxiety, anger, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia and depression; I am here to help you through. Additionally, I can help you with targeted therapy for challenging or confusing diagnosis from a psychiatrist or a psychological assessment. I help people who are dealing with traumas they are aware of and early childhood traumas that remain below consciousness, making it impossible to navigate solo. Additionally, I work with child and caregiver attachment disruption needs such as adoption, foster care and family reunification after and during ministry involvement.
I weave together talk therapy and somatic/body processing to help you attend-to and release emotional and relational wounds.This approach fosters a deeper understanding of the connectivity of body and emotions in a holistic, whole person way. I am here to support you to enjoy your life from a place of sturdiness, healthy boundaries and clear vision.
