About
If you have reached a point in your life when you recognize the need to heal from past wounds, cope with grief or loss, or overcome personal or relational challenges, I can help. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches which I will tailor to meet your needs, including cognitive, emotion-based, behavioural therapies and mindfulness. Or maybe you are looking for someone to help you grow in self awareness, enrich your relationships, or prepare for marriage or another upcoming life transition. I can help with that too.
I provide a safe, compassionate, supportive environment for individuals, couples, and families to work toward their goals. Through the time we spend together, my hope is that you will experience greater emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational well-being.
If I can be of assistance to you please contact me – I would consider it a privilege to journey with you and help to bring about the changes you hope to see in your life.
