As a woman, wife, and mother, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work, and personal well-being. With 15 years as a teacher and 19 years of marriage, as well as navigating life after moving from the UK to Canada over 10 years ago, I bring practical insight, empathy, compassion and encouragement.
