As a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and the Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board, I provide assessment and therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and mindfulness based approaches, for a range of difficulties including eating disorders (e.g. anorexia, binge eating disorder), anxiety (e.g. panic disorder, social phobia), trauma (e.g. PTSD), depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD) and emotional dysregulation.
I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto. Following which I completed my doctoral internship at the University Health Network in the Eating Disorders Program and the Psychosocial Oncology Department. During my licensing year I worked at the Eating Disorders Clinic at the Trillium Health Network.
I take a non-judgmental, empathic and client-centered approach to my practice Therapy is tailored to the needs and goals of each client. I offer a free phone consultation to help get us started. My office is located in Toronto, ON, however, I provide video based sessions to clients who live in NFLD and Labrador or those are unable to attend in person.
