One day, I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize myself. I've spent the last decade learning to let go of what doesn't fit in my life, what isn't authentic, and rebuilding myself from the ground up, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually, so that life can be lived with purpose and a joy to share with others. During this time, I have learned the fundamentals of how to heal violent trauma and live with autism, the source of tremendous anxiety, depression, and suffering in my life. I'm here to help others who have similarly struggled.
