Are you looking for lower-cost service where your clinician supports ADHD, stress, anxiety, trauma, relationships, depression, grief, and general life stressors? Haven't been sure where to start and want to improve mood and wellbeing? We are a team of clinicians who looks forward to being able to offer sliding scale and low-cost therapy. Evening and daytime availabilities and no wait-lists (clinician dependent). Our team sees children, youth, adults, and couples!
We offer FREE phone consultations to allow you to ask any questions you may have, learn more about what therapy could look like for you, and to get to know your clinician before committing. Our experience comes from many years of experience both in the mental health field and outside of it while completing, and/or holding completed holding Masters Degrees.
