Do you feel stuck and want to improve your mood and wellbeing? Are you wanting to "make things make sense" or feel less "stuck?" Do you want to attend on a weekly or biweekly basis, but felt limited by cost? We are a team of clinicians who looks forward to being able to offer sliding scale and low-cost therapy. Evening and daytime availabilities and no wait-lists (clinician dependent), and we see individuals and couples. We currently have spaces open - send us a note!
We offer FREE phone consultations to allow you to ask any questions you may have, learn more about what therapy could look like for you, and to get to know your clinician before committing. Our experience comes from many years of experience both in the mental health field and outside of it while completing and holding Masters Degrees. The goal is to provide you a warm, non-judgemental space to take a break for yourself. Often, one of the hardest parts of therapy is the first step of reaching out, and you're already there.
