Hi, I’m Fey. Do you often find yourself pushing through life, or you are the one others rely on despite emotional exhaustion? You’re functioning, but not fully okay. That could be burnout. Through a person centered, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, I integrate DBT, ACT, Narrative therapy, Family Systems, and Strength-based therapy to support you towards clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful growth.
