My area of expertise is Somatic Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems and mindfulness based practices for trauma focused care and Attachment-Trauma work. I have experience working with survivors of trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, burnout, life changes, depression and emotional dysregulation.
Trauma can show up in many forms and can be expressed in different ways such as feelings of depression or anxiety, lack of emotional control, it can be subtle enough that symptoms may go unnoticed for long periods of time. The longer trauma remains untreated, the more likely it is that an individual’s life will become dominated by the symptoms it produces.
