With over 15 years experience I've been fortunate to support folks with grief, anxiety, depression and sadness in many different settings such as hospitals, community mental health agencies and the education system. My clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy (CBT), DBT, Narrative, Attachment-focused, and Solution-focused therapies.
