I work with developmental and single-incident trauma, including childhood trauma, PTSD, accidents, assaults, and traumatic experiences experienced by first responders. Using EMDR, IFS/parts work, inner child work, and CBT, I focus on healing trauma at its roots.
I also support clients working through anxiety, panic, anger, addictions, relational wounds, birth trauma, intergenerational trauma, and survival patterns that no longer serve them.
