We are a group of relational therapists who believe healing involves more than understanding yourself—it requires feeling and experiencing change. We recognize that you can understand where your patterns come from and still feel stuck in them. Through authentic therapeutic relationships, we aim to create spaces where safety is felt, allowing your mind, body, and nervous system the capacity to heal and grow. We support deeper connection to yourself, your emotions, your relationships, and the life you want to create.

Sometimes the ways we learned to cope stop working. You may be questioning your relationship with substances, carrying the effects of a narcissistic or emotionally immature parent, or reaching midlife and wondering, What do I actually want now? Old roles and relationships may no longer fit. My style is warm, curious, and honest. Together, we look beneath the patterns that keep showing up, paying attention to relationships, the body, and the parts of yourself you may have learned to ignore. I offer reflection and gentle challenge, with room to not know yet. Your care is identity affirming and neurodiverse affirming.

I support folks with Eating Disorders, Body Image, Relationship Challenges, Developmental Trauma/Family of origin issues, Identity challenges/Self-esteem, and ADHD. My intention is to hold a warm and welcoming space for you to present yourself authentically and unapologetically. I know therapy can be vulnerable and uncomfortable for some; I am here with you every step of the way without judgment to explore the things that make you human. Together, we can help you reconnect with yourself and your body, develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more connected and fulfilling.

Coming to therapy can be a big and scary step for anyone, especially when starting to get curious about yourself and the problems you may experience. These problems can be big or small, simple or complex, but in the end it affects us all deeply and deserves a space to be cared for. This includes anxiety, depression, identity exploration, trauma, and experiences related to the LGBTQIA+ community.

I offer a compassionate and supportive space where individuals and couples can slow down, reconnect with themselves and each other, and explore how past experiences and patterns may be influencing their present lives. Together, we can work toward understanding the impact of painful or unfulfilling experiences while creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Through this process, clients may develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, navigate grief, trauma, and life transitions with increased resilience, and feel more empowered to make choices that align with the life they want to create.

I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what may be getting in the way of feeling well and connected to your life. Sometimes, life may look okay on the outside, yet something inside doesn’t feel quite right. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why you’re struggling, and may even be hard on yourself for feeling this way. Together, we can explore what you’re carrying and create space for greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
