With two decades of experience in the helping field, including 14 dedicated to therapeutic practice across diverse contexts, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their personal journeys. My practice is centred on helping clients embrace self-acceptance while actively working towards their chosen goals. I ground my work in feminist, trauma-informed relational psychotherapy, ensuring that my interventions remain culturally safe and rooted in evidence-based practices. My methodology is intentionally non-pathologizing and marked by profound respect for each client’s unique experience.
I possess clinical expertise in the treatment of trauma, childhood abuse, and PTSD. My professional experience includes over six years working within Indigenous communities, supporting individuals impacted by colonialism, intergenerational trauma, CFS, and the legacy of residential schools.
