I work with adults in AB and NB (virtual only for NB residents) who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, PTSD, driving anxiety, as well as relationship issues. I also support people who have been impacted by chronic illnesses, such as cancer, long-haul COVID19, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain conditions.

The majority of my training has been in cognitive behavioral therapies. I also have training in Emotion-Focused therapy, EMDR, and Prolonged Exposure therapy.
As I work from a client-centered framework, I adapt my treatment recommendations based on the needs of the client. While I have been described as being highly ethical and empathetic, I also value being direct and efficient in my work.
