I offer heart centred counselling for those committed to growth. I support Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and those struggling with anxiety or relationships. As humans, we thrive in connection. Having followed a path of self-discovery through Gestalt and Internal Family Systems, I want to share the healing modalities that have brought me clarity, freedom and joy. This is brave work. In counselling, you and I co-create a space where you can listen to and understand all parts of you. When the parts of you that have suffered are heard, loved and feel connected, they will transform.
I support people struggling with anxiety, high sensitivity, and relationships. As a life long learner and seeker I enjoy holding space for those on the path to self understanding and integration. I offer relationship/couples therapy (trained in IFIO). As a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, I appreciate supporting others who identify in this way.
