I have a particular interest in supporting people struggling with anxiety, high sensitivity, chronic pain and illness & grief. As a life long learner and seeker I really holding space for those on the path to self understanding and integration. As a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, I appreciate supporting people exploring sexual and gender identity.
