Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a well researched, evidence-based treatment originally designed for Borderline Personality Disorder. This therapy blends Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), focusing on our thoughts and actions, and Zen Buddhism which focuses on becoming a mindful observer of one’s experiences. This program can be an excellent addition to your current therapy or as done as a self-help program. It's a 24 week long program focused on teaching these 4 modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness & Distress Tolerance Online Classes run in repeated cycles, so you can start at different times of the year.
