I'm not a traditional counsellor, and I bring personality to my sessions. While being slightly comedic, I promise to take a trauma-informed approach with a harm-reduction philosophy. I appreciate cultural differences and holistic wellness. My techniques mirror CBT, DBT, IFS, humanistic perspectives, and solution-focused goal setting.
I entered this field accidentally, but after realizing the vitality of relationships, I stayed. I believe in a harm-reduction philosophy and respect that as our client, you are the expert in your life.
