I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship or family conflict, migration-related stress, and life transitions. My approach is professional, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s needs using CBT, psychoanalytic, and solution-focused therapies. I offer sessions in English and Farsi, both online and in-person.
I support individuals and couples with emotional, relational, and occupational challenges, especially those related to migration. I address post-migration stress, family conflict, and adjustment to new environments in work, education, and relationships using CBT, psychoanalytic, and solution-focused approaches.
