I provide support for individuals dealing with trauma, health & mental health struggles, self-esteem, same-sex/blended/stepfamily & parenting struggles, loss, and transition, as well as couples navigating communication issues, intimacy challenges, and cross-cultural dynamics.
My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, culturally sensitive, body and sex positive. I integrate various modalities: Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C), Developmental Model of Couple Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, CBT Level-II, somatic psychotherapies, the shame resilience model, mindfulness, and self-compassion-based therapies.
