I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life's challenges and transitions. I provide trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, workplace challenges, injury recovery, and life transitions. Using EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive and behavioural strategies, and strengths-based approaches, I help process difficult experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
