Whether you’re navigating PTSD, anxiety, dissociation, or grief, EMDR therapy can help your brain and body reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as intense or overwhelming. I offer in-person sessions in Nanaimo and virtual counselling across British Columbia and several other Canadian provinces.

I work with individuals, children, youth, couples, and families—including veterans, first responders, and anyone impacted by trauma. My approach integrates EMDR with somatic, strength-based, Inner Parts and child work, Family Systems, and mindfulness-based strategies to support emotional regulation, resilience, and reconnection.

Rooted in compassion and safety, my practice honours the mind, body, and story as one. Shaped by my lived experience in conflict regions and work with emergency responders, I offer a deep understanding of how trauma affects both identity and the body. Clients describe sessions as grounding and collaborative —a place where healing moves at the body's pace.
