Hi, I'm Faren and I'm here to provide a space where you can be heard, cared for, and supported. Alongside counselling, I offer integrative and specialized therapies for ages 7 and up, as well practical life-strategies that are designed to bring a felt difference. For over 10 years, I’ve devoted myself to understanding the mental, emotional, and spiritual wounds that break people, as well as the healing pathways that can be cultivated to bring relief. And while there are no guarantees, you never know what God is shaping on the other side of our encounters.

Malevolence, whether from self or others, can leave you feeling stuck in trauma, habitual patterns, and stressful emotions. Receiving compassionate professional support is just one of the keys that can help open what has felt closed before.
