I specialize in couples counselling, family therapy, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, ADHD and parenting support. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy and an attachment-based approach, I help couples break negative communication cycles, rebuild trust and closeness. I support individuals in regulating emotions and strengthening their sense of competence.
