Therapy can be a daunting experience and it can be difficult to find a therapist whose style matches your specifics needs. I use an integrative style that combines CBT, EFT, DBT, IFS, completed Gottman Level 1, and Trauma informed approaches to fit your needs. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that best fits your goals.
