As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer counselling services to adult clients, on an individual basis or as a couple. There are many different concerns that I can help clients process, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, women's issues, and life transitions. There are no pre-requisites to counselling; I will work to meet clients where they are at on their journey and help them process from there. Depending on the concerns, I have a strong network of resources (both community and other professionals) that we can access if necessary.

Grounded in Narrative Therapy, I have a genuine curiosity to hear clients stories and I will invite you to explore that, set goals, and collaborate to achieve what you are hoping to accomplish. Using a strengths-based approach, we will work to build on positive things that are already happening .

For part of my training I studied under Dr. Susan Johnson (creator of Emotion Focused Couples Therapy) and have significant experience with couples. Additionally, I have participated in other training on a variety of topics, including EDMR for trauma, attachment, resilience, violence and oppression, crisis, and sex therapy.
