I am a Christian Counselling Therapist and I counsel from a Christian, Biblically-based platform. My specialty is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a fantastic therapy that helps people "Keep the Knowledge, Lose the Pain." My focus is to help people end the inner turmoil that holds them back from being all they were meant to be. Life can throw us curve balls and our perception can cause us to lose hope or become very anxious. Sometimes we are deeply affected because we grew up in an unstable environment, or from a lack of love. These things do not have to hold us prisoner for the rest of our lives.
Along with other tools, I use ART to help people to attain a rapid recovery from life's traumas. Trauma is not about what happened, it is about how something affected you. ART is unique whereby it can help mitigate and/or remove the smells, sounds, or tastes that trigger reactions from previous circumstances.
