I am registered psychologist. My Master's degree is in couples and family counselling and I have completed adjunct training in Play Therapy, Sand Play Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience working with clients of all ages from 3 years old and up as well as families and couples. I can accommodate those who are considering online counselling. I also have a team of Therapeutic Support Counsellors who can work with you and your family in a unique way to support coping, wellbeing, and trauma symptoms. I have specialized training in working with people who have experienced complex trauma as well as those who have experienced a singular traumatic event. I have worked with children who have experienced physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. As well as adults who experienced such trauma in their childhood.
I work with families and individuals who are considering or moving through divorce. As well as those who are experiencing, anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, eating disorders, self-harm, grief & loss, relationship issues, life transitions, or attachment issues. I can also aid individuals with mindfulness, spirituality, or stress management.
