My practice provides a space for reflecting on life's difficulties to inspire insight and action. Located near the University of Alberta on the river valley, psychological health is developed through relaxation, rational observation, interpretation and understanding.
I have developed a practice of psychotherapy that integrates techniques from a variety of schools through research and teaching university courses in the History of Psychology, Theories of Personality, Yoga Psychology, and Theories and Practices of Psychotherapy.
Since 1995 I have provided psychological services and worked with clinical psychology students at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral level. My research focuses on culturally respectful mental health care and practices of psychotherapy.
