To assist you with this therapeutic process, I will draw upon my 20+ years of clinical experience in health care, having worked closely with individuals and families living with dementia, cancer, persistent pain, developmental disabilities, conflict, stress, loss, anxiety, depression, and marital separation.
I integrate a number of counselling approaches together with the practical realities of living in a busy world, where many juggle multiple demands with limited supports and little rest.
