As a Psychologist, I am passionate about supporting my clients in their journey to heal the past, find joy in the present, and embrace the future. Time and time again, I am amazed by how a little change can make a big difference. My practice includes a combination of therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have training and years of experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, high risk adolescent behaviour, family dynamics, as well as academic, cognitive, and social emotional assessment and diagnosis.
In my therapeutic practice, I provide an eclectic approach that includes EMDR, family therapy, cognitive behavioural and solution focused practices. I strive to build safe, supportive therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients to select therapeutic approaches based on the specific needs and goals of each person.
