I offer counselling within a psychoanalytic framework. We work together to face your issues and pain and start to build healthy coping strategies. I work with people who have lost any loved one and with those facing Illness. Families formed by Adoption or Blended Families need support and insight as they, too, need to recognize loss as they move forward.
I offer a complimentary 20 minute telephone or video consult. We work together; my job is to listen and hear you, offer support and provide insight. I do an assessment; we work together on the issues you bring. We meet virtually ONLINE. An added credential: I am an Authorized Canadian Military Blue Cross service provider.
