Some of my areas of focus are anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, and bullying in teenagers and young adults; families with children, teenagers and young adults. I also work with individuals who are neurodiverse (ASD, ADHD) and are experiencing identity and existential issues, workplace and school stress and social concerns, and much more.
Each person is the expert of their own lives; sometimes we just need a little help along the way. When we first meet, we will work on a treatment plan together to ensure you feel authentically supported and understood as you make the journey towards the vision you have for yourself, your relationships, and your family. ADHD and Me
The fall 2022, 6 week, session will begin September 8th! Do you or someone you know have ADHD? Are you diagnosed or self diagnosed? Join us and explore your experience with ADHD and how it is affecting your life. Learn new ways to engage in self-compassion, self-understanding, and know you're not alone. We will discuss your ADHD discovery experience, stigmas, school and work place experiences, your inner critic, masking, and much more! Cost: $540 for 6 weeks (9 hours of group).
