DBT Skills Group
Our DBT Program is designed to engage, support and facilitate achievement of your life goals. The DBT program is structured and includes an orientation and commitment phase followed by 20 weeks of simultaneous skills training and individual coaching. In addition, telephone coaching is available that’s designed to help clients generalize skills, prevent suicidal behaviors, and repair therapeutic ruptures. Your therapist will also be a part of a DBT Consultation Team. Next group start date: Every 4 weeks, at the start of a new module. Groups are once per week.

Anxiety Group
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT): 12 weeks, once per week/90 minutes. Fee: $900 includes 2 individual sessions (1 pre & 1 post group), workbook/group material, pre/post measurement tools & all groups. Commitment: Two individual sessions (1 assessment session & 1 discharge/next steps planning session with therapist), all groups & practicing of new skills outside of group time. CBT is an evidence-based treatment that is scientifically proven to reduce anxiety. CBT works by focusing on the components that facilitate anxiety symptoms. Depression Group
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) 12 weeks for 90 minutes/week. Fee: $900 includes 2 individual sessions with therapist (1 assessment session and 1 discharge/next steps planning session with therapist), workbook/group material, pre/post measurement tools and all groups. CBT is an evidence-based treatment that is scientifically proven to reduce depression. CBT interventions for depression generally focus on helping clients become more engaged in activities that they value and have given up since becoming depressed. Treatment also involves helping clients evaluate negative beliefs about themselves, the world, and the future that lead to them feel depressed.
