I have postgraduate training in Brainspotting (I am certified by David Grand & completed phases 1, 2, 3, 4), Internal Family Systems (IFS Institute Level 1, 2, & advanced courses), MI, & DBT. Also, in overcoming my own mental health challenges I have found a new meaning and quality of well-being - this is my hope for you and why today I am a psychotherapist.

I take a relational and compassionate-mindfulness approach that is experiential. Pillars to my practice are authenticity, compassion, curiosity, mutuality, inclusion, & playfulness.
