6 session group offered to adults to learn skills for healthy communication in any and all types of relationships. Open group with rotating sessions 1-6. The group focuses on developing an understanding of your communication style and how to apply new strategies. We will engage in discussion about changing unproductive communication habits, increasing assertiveness, preparing for difficult conversations, and developing effective listening and coping skills.
