I am passionate about working with young people (ages 10 and up) to adults,. I believe that everyone can successfully overcome the challenges in their lives and sometimes we all need support with this. I see my role as being your support to helping you figure out what you want different in your life. My practice is diverse and I tailor each session for the needs of my clients using traditional talk therapy, expressive arts therapy and tension releasing exercises (TRE). My experience with youth, young adults, families and adults spans over 20 years in urban and rural settings.
My practice has been created around the needs expressed to me by former clients and as a result is unique: I offer in your home, in office and online sessions. I work evenings and Saturdays. My travel area of work (when available) is the city limits of Calgary, AB and as far as Bragg Creek, Cochrane, Airdrie and Chestermere.
