I have experience working with a variety of client challenges, including relationship challenges (e.g. family conflict, polyamory/open, infidelity, sexuality, attachment patterns), anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life purpose, and transition. I have specialized experience in suicide bereavement, and my predominant areas of practice include grief, attachment, and trauma. My training in somatic attachment is rooted in rewiring the patterning of our interpersonal relationships, which directly impacts how we emotionally process and behave within these relationships.
I work from several therapeutic approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individual & couples, Sensorimotor therapy, NLP, EMDR, & Somatic Attachment for the resolution of trauma and past relational wounds. I am also trained in family conflict and mediation, somatic breathwork, & am a reiki master.
