My clients find relief through my easy-going, evidence-based approach in helping them understand the root of the issue, explain what is happening in their brain to feel/behave the way they are, and by giving real world solutions on how to feel better. I am trained in CPT for PTSD as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
