As a practicing mental health professional of eighteen years, my aim is to continue to provide my clients with short-term proven therapeutic approaches that will improve their life at an affordable price. I provide an integrated therapeutic approaches that match the client's needs. I take a great deal of time in our first session, which will be one and a half hour long, in order to get a detailed history. Specifically, areas such as childhood, family, relationships as the starting point from which we work together to create a treatment plan.
As your therapist we work together to create a 'treatment plan' that will make the changes that you want to achieve. I will help you get past your past and feel empowered again.
