Sometimes we go through hard things and don't know how to handle them or ourselves. Change is hard to make but possible and its easier to do when your being honest and with someone supporting and helping to navigate the things. If you want to do some digging, exploring yourself, connecting some dots, hearing strategies around your automatic responses to things I like to do that too. I support clients in learning about themselves and I especially enjoy working with clients who are diagnosed or suspect they have ADHD. The uniqueness connected with ADHD can be challenging at times but also be an amazing source of creativity!
I support individuals as they face challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, meaninglessness, life changes, loss of identity, relational breakdown and have seen growth and groundedness rise out of even the hardest of times. I have special interest in working with people experiencing ADHD traits and looking for relief and validation with this part.
Coming from a strengths based, person centered approach I aim to support people in their own personal growth whatever the concern. Life is a journey and collection of experiences that impact each one of us. As a counsellor I will listen to your experience and encourage you onward towards a meaningful place!
