I am a psychologist in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. I have over 25 years of clinical experience working primarily with adults in either a hospital or organizational setting. I have also simultaneously provided part-time psychological services in private practice since 2000. I recently completed a contract with Mental Health services of the Dept. of National Defense. Areas of service: depressive and anxiety disorders, occupational trauma related disorders, work-related issues, relationship issues, loss and grief. I offer psychological assessments and therapy
My approach is predominantly cognitive-behavioral. However, therapeutic protocols are not a 'one size fits all'. They are based on many factors and are developed with you to fit your needs. Creating a guided therapeutic environment allowing an understanding of the problem and working towards solutions is what counts.
