I am a clinical psychologist who works with adults and older adults. Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy is my primary treatment modality but I also incorporate aspects of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy. My approach is practical, transparent, and evidence-based.
