CHM Therapy Services offers a range of psychotherapeutic services, specializing in individual therapy for young children, teens and adults and family therapy. I also offer group workshops, phototherapy, COGMED working memory training and parent/life coaching. Techniques used with clients include a personalized blend of cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness therapy, behavior therapy, play therapy; attachment therapy, narrative therapy, psychotherapy, vision boards and phototherapy.

We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Our goal as a practice is to provide a neutral ground in which individuals, families, and couples can safely heal, energize and become aware of their inner strength. Thus, we ensure that a therapist is able to see you within 48 hours of reaching out.

I am a doctoral level psychologist with 12 years of clinical and research experience. I provide assessment, therapy, and consultation to help children, adolescents, and adults through academic, social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. By building a genuine and caring therapeutic relationship, I help clients adapt and grow when faced with challenges. I also guide my clients to tap into their strengths so that they can make the most comfortable choices in order to move forward. Along the way, we work together to create new strategies while modifying existing ones so that clients and their families will become more resilient.

We are an online counselling agency so do not provide services in person. Strength Counselling Services has licensed, experienced therapists who use evidence-based practices, prioritize client needs, and maintain ethical standards. We offer culturally sensitive, affordable services in a supportive environment. We offer a comprehensive goals assessment, regularly assess progress, and collaborate with other professionals. Our mission at Exalted Mind & Wellness is to support individuals in providing psychological, emotional/mental care to heal and improve your life. The name Aliya, translates to "Exalted" "One who climbs upwards", a meaning that has played an important role throughout my journey. When one struggles with mental health concerns, they often feel down and not like themselves; nor may they view themselves in positive regards, our vision is to empower every individual through to "ascend forward" and strengthen their abilities to overcome their mental health challenges, and to start viewing themselves positively climbing upwards.
