I provide a fully open and non-judgemental space where together we explore your life, behaviour, emotions, relationships and how to reduce your unwanted feelings or experiences. I offer an eclectic toolkit of approaches and unpretentious energy so you can connect with your truest thoughts and feelings. You can also request animal therapy sessions with a dog, cats, horses, goats, mini pig or mini horses. If you are needing to unpack, process, find clarity, debrief, or gain insight on any aspect of your life, I'm ready when you are. The hardest step is booking your first session, you'll be glad you did.
I have many LGBTQ2 cases which is an area of particular experience both professionally and personally. I work with couples, polyamorous unions and anything and everything in between. I do not impose one set of values or another, but instead I want to know what really matters to you and why, and together explore how it is or isn't working well for you.
I have a diverse set of life experiences that all inform my perspective as a therapist; most of which have taught me things the hard way! My space is cozy and bohemian and I look forward to journeying with you. Registered Psychologist licensed in Ontario and Alberta. Distance sessions take place online.
